The consumer has the right to exchange non-food goods of good quality within fourteen days, not counting the day of purchase. Exchange of non-food goods of good quality is carried out if the specified goods were not in the use, its trade dress, consumer properties, seals, factory labels are kept, and also there is a sales receipt or the cash receipt or other document confirming payment of the specified goods. Absence at the consumer of the sales receipt or the cash receipt or other document confirming payment of goods does not deprive of its opportunity to refer to testimony. The list of goods not subject to exchange on the grounds specified in this article shall be approved by the Government of the Russian Federation. In accordance with paragraph 2 of this article of the Law if a similar product is not available for sale on the same day the consumer to the seller, the consumer is entitled to withdraw from the contract of sale and demand the return paid for the specified goods amount of money.
