I was waiting for shoes to order, as there was no size. I read the reviews and tried to order a larger size, so that I would definitely get there. In life, I wear a size 9,5, ordered 10 and did not lose - sat down, as if poured.

As for the ride in them - I'm still a beginner, a couple of months went in regular sneakers. After them, the first few minutes were terribly unusual and not very comfortable. But when I got used to it, it became as comfortable as possible. Protrusions on the toe are very helpful to clearly get on the gear, the Shoe does not slip. The Shoe itself holds the foot well, there is a sense of greater security and confidence, unlike sneakers.
On the first trip, I was caught in a heavy rain - I was soaked to the skin, and my shoes at least had henna, which also made me very happy.
To sum up, I am definitely happy with the purchase.

According to the shoes themselves-the trouble with all online stores-the choice of sizes. There is on the site "avtosovetchik" - it is full of nonsense, it would be better to remove it altogether. With a helmet, he persistently deceived me, with pants-tried to deceive, and with shoes-guessed-but I certainly did not listen to him.

What you need to do to choose the right Shoe size Icon-meet 2 conditions:
1 Contact your managers. And even if you are sent away-to the post office-it's okay, they respond instantly. Managers-don't listen, just take note.
2. Carefully read ALL the comments on the selected model. Don't listen to anyone – but take EVERYTHING into account.

To understand these paradoxes – a specific personal example:
I wear urban winter boots Karrimor (England, European pad, etc.) –
On the tongue sizes: UK 7 (OK) US 8 (let it be) EUR 41 (to the point).
At the same time, the size of the insole is exactly 27 cm, it is the same as the Icon - "anatomical", while 27 cm is the "overall" size, the maximum length of the insole.
The Icon I received, which I ORDERED for an INSOLE of 27 cm:
On the tongue: 8.5 UK (come on?) 43 EU (clearly overreacted ) 27 JP (er?) and like the cherry on the cake-US 9.
The insole itself is 27 cm. But this measurement is based on the silhouette of the foot, and the insole itself has a curve behind the heel up-and this is at least 4 millimeters in length, + the same amount of mm more internal space of the Shoe (in length!).
I agree with one of the comments – that these sneakers "malomeryat on one size" - with one HUGE remark:

- if you choose the English size grid-UK-take 1 size more,
- if you choose the insole specified on the site-take 0.5 (minimum!) or 1 cm less.

And then you will be happy.
Approximately what I got-size EU 41.5 in length (I would say 41.7), 41 EU in width of the foot, high arch of the foot (glory Icon, although they do in China – but according to human anatomy).
The quality - as usual (fortunately) - is American. It feels closest to trekking boots, such as the LOWA RENEGADE GTX MID-upper made of thick leather, light, with normal walking-there is no feeling of any discomfort, "oakiness" - even from the sole, although you expect it to behave "like a ski boot". I don't know how they did it – the sole is very hard in the hands, but when walking – no (not felt).
On protection: it is more likely to be there than not. First – it is drawn in the passport, and second, you can see its silhouette on the inside of the Shoe (the outside is covered with embossed leather). This circle is almost imperceptible to the touch. The good news is that there is a ring-like thickening on the boot on both sides of the ankle bones, with a filler (in addition to the small circles of d3o protection).
Another funny thing is that photography, like all art, is subjective. As learned – so and remove. In a photo posted on the site, you can notice something like a perforation on the toes of shoes. But in fact it is such hefty bumps, protruding at 3-4 mm, and something tells me that these anti-slip pins are not going to be removed inside – another + Icon (against the background of a bunch of cons for them for trash and fumes with the size of shoes).

Shoes are super, without minuses, the size was picked up on the site, I sometimes go to work in them this is a good alternative to sneakers, I have already ridden in them in this store, I take the second pair, since it is cheaper and delivery is very convenient

Awesome material, looks great and is quite tough. I watched videos on the Internet, thought they would be much more flexible. Ordered by the size of the insole and did not lose - just sit as poured, do not believe the auto-selection of sizes on the site, it is correct only by the size of the insole.
