Icon Airflite QB1 blue motorcycle helmet

Purchased at the beginning of the season this helmet + blue visor.

I took this helmet rather purely for the city, as I was skeptical of tinted visors without pinlocks. As a result, I have already driven 6K km in it, including a long-distance ride from Moscow to Karelia. And in the sun and in the rain. With a half-toned visor. And I must say I'm pleasantly surprised. Now I have this basic helmet for every day.

What I would like to note. From the pros:
1. Of course the design. A bunch of awesome colors as helmets and visors, add-ons to them - vnutrenyanka different sizes, spoilers, pinlocks for a transparent model.

2. Shumka. When I was looking for reviews on this helmet, basically everyone noted the low noise. Maybe it depends on the sensitivity of the rider and the speed limit, but for me everything is OK. I drive with little or no wind protection, up to 180 on the highway, cruiser 130-140. I have straightforwardness and music, maybe that's why the wind doesn't get me :D

3. the Review is comparable to 3/4

4. the Rock is integrated in 10 minutes, the headphones do not press your ears

5. spraying visors strong enough to withstand sandblasting behind the truck in front. Scratched only dropping the helmet on the asphalt and getting a stone in the face from under the KAMAZ.

6. Aerodynamics is not bad, at least up to 150 does not tear off the head and does not try to take off, after the pressure is already felt and you need to tilt your head forward

7. Ventilation. And plus and minus, Pro minus-below. Pro plus-probably the first helmet where I have never sweated to a wet state. In +30 heat, in traffic jams, if there is at least some movement, it is blown perfectly.

8. in the halftone color visor, you can move in the evening and at night, subject to urban lighting. In the rain, too, everything is fine, except when it's evening and the track is without lights.

9. Visor does not sweat, despite the absence of pinlock. It was the biggest surprise for me. And in the rain and at stops without raising the sight-all in a bundle. Let's see how long the spray lasts.

10. Is the glasses. I don't even consider helmets without glasses. Here they are and do not stick, do not glitch on the lever, as some other helmets from other manufacturers.

11. The visor changing in 5 minutes.

Now, not exactly about the disadvantages, but about some nuances:

1. the Helmet is perfectly blown, but in front of the face there are swirls that are directly felt. And most likely they do not come from the fence on the muzzle and from under the muzzle. From there, all sorts of sand and debris flies into the helmet and into the eyes. Not all of it, but sometimes it hits. Perhaps it is treated by the collective farm of a longer lower wind shield from some scarf.

2. At first, the helmet seems weighty enough. With a headset of about 1.4-1.5 kg. Then you get used to it

3. anti-Fog on the visor. It works great, everything is OK, but. Sooner or later, you will have to wipe the visor from the inside, because the dust and small particles will settle like it or not. It is best to do this with microfibre with minimal pressure. But sooner or later, the anti-fog will be erased from such actions and the visor will start to sweat. By my example, this has not happened yet. I will not say that just a big minus, once a season or two to change the visor will have on any helmet

4. for half a season, the inside began to slowly RUB, especially in the area of the cheeks. No washes.

In General, the helmet is very much gone. I would probably like only a more developed WindStop in the chin

Ordered in January holidays 2020g. Many thanks to the staff of this store. Even on holidays, they respond in a group in VK. I ordered a blue mirror visor along the way. Paid for two orders, when combining orders, returned part of the money (it was nice). Helmet in live is much cooler than in the photo.

Bought the Icon Airflite QB1 blue helmet in August 2019. It's DELICIOUS!!!!! The quality of materials and workmanship in General is just on top. There is something to compare with-from homemade helmets made of fiberglass and foam, bought for a lot of money in the 90's, know - how Chinese miracle helmets and ending with well-known and proven manufacturers of the present time.
Now about the helmet itself:
1.Pleasant and not irritating the skin of the interior materials.
2. The design is simply fantastic.
3. The review is very good.
4. Not noisy, with thoughtful ventilation.
5. Currently, after purchasing some additional items, it easily turns into a helmet for off-road rides (the visor is removed, the visor + glasses are installed and all the cross-country helmet is ready!!!).
6. Ability to install a headset.
7. A wide range of visors in color, including preparation for the installation of pin-lock.
In General, I have not found any negative qualities for myself at the moment. Everyone likes the helmet...
